Roofing Partners / Subcontractor Crews (Rhode Island, Massachusetts & Connecticut) — Steady Work, Fast Pay

Luca Roofs is expanding our partner network. With 25 years in the industry and a strong pipeline of permitted projects, we’re looking for experienced roofing subcontractor crews to help us deliver top-quality work across Rhode Island.

What you’ll do

• Residential re-roofs, tear-offs, and repairs (asphalt shingles)

• Flat roofing: EPDM/TPO/PVC (nice to have)

• Flashing, ventilation, skylights, gutters (as needed)

• Photo documentation (before/during/after) and daily site cleanliness

• Materials delivered and dumpsters arranged (project-dependent)

• Fast, reliable pay (per-square or per-job; Net 7–14 via ACH)

• Permitting and inspection coordination handled by Luca Roofs

• Dedicated project managers and punch-list support

What you bring

• Proven roofing experience (crew lead + 3–6 roofers ideal)

• Licensed & insured: GL ($1M/$2M), Workers’ Comp, Auto

• OSHA 10/30, fall protection, and strong safety culture

• Truck, tools, harnesses, and ability to mobilize quickly

• Professional communication and jobsite etiquette

• References and recent project photos

Nice-to-have specialties

• Flat roofing (EPDM/TPO/PVC)

• Metal work & custom flashing

• Commercial/light-commercial experience
